On the topic of physical theories: From when I was 9 years old, I was fascinated by the theory of Graviton -particles. Unfortunately no significant developments were made considering the theory or the research. After hearing Albert Einstein's theory of relativity at the age of 11 I realized that gravity was created by the distorting space-time rather than theoretical particles referred to as 'Gravitons'. This shattered my dreams of harnessing anti-gravity. I lost my interest and motivation in becoming a mad scientist and have been confused ever since on my final professional choice. The inner child in me is still drawn towards these things, but not on the level of seriously dedicating my time and resources. Once in a while I doodle designs for all sorts of cool devices you could see in science fiction, knowing that most likely they would require unrealistically tremendous amounts of energy or are actually too unpractical for the daily use. Good to hear that if there's a kid out there trying to create a matter vaporizing bomb, he might actually have a chance.
